Unique Gym

The Kettlebell Method is a unique gym with great trainers! I love the classes and how everyone is so helpful with form and technique. There’s an upper body and lower body focus during the week and Saturday morning is everything! Great for new comers where everyone helps out train and guide them to be their best – or experienced lifters who want the 3 main: squat, bench press, and dead lift. There are plenty of bells and weights for everyone. We have different challenges throughout the year to push ourselves in different ways, and also social events outside of the gym too! It really feels like a family there!

Welcoming and Inclusive

I’ve been a member of this gym for over 4 years and it’s the only workout routine that I have been successful with because I never get bored. The members are welcoming and inclusive and the coaches take a personal interest in each member’s success, improvement and safety. I like the camaraderie and the accountability of the group class. It’s a fun way to get a great workout and helps me to be strong in all my other activities. I’d recommend The Kettlebell Method to anyone, from beginners to professional athletes.
